“Thomas Walker A++”

My husband & I hired Tom before he was with this firm, we had been through two other firms (fired both)… one might say we are ‘overly aggressive’, but it’s my money & I want what I’m paying for… A little back story…we are in Pa, the case is in FL. We must make most case appearances via phone, & have just our attorney showing fave in court. That being said, Tom went over our case with a fine tooth comb, quoted us a more than fair price & went over & beyond to get what we needed done accomplished. There were unforeseen speed bumps along the way (OP is…well… difficult is an UNDERSTATEMENT) but not once did Tom back down nor request extra money for this dragging out far last expected date (again OP was the one stalling at every corner) But Tom was right there filing motion after motion, nipping her stabs in the butt, proactively offering up solutions to get us the best possible outcome. Now here we are (still fighting an uphill battle for custody of my husband’s children)… Tom is now with Albaugh Law, & still representing us to our satisfaction & hopefully (in the near future) will see us to the end of this long agonizing journey. We wouldn’t want any other attorney by our side! (Or rather fighting our battle for us 900miles away!)
