Kayla Nabers joined Albaugh Law Firm in 2015 in the Firm’s Jacksonville office. A Jacksonville native, Kayla is an active member in her local community of Riverside as well as a current college student at Florida State College where she is actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Kayla brings a versatile knowledge of accounting and financial processes to the firm.
Katherine T. Albaugh
With an extensive background in finance, K.T. was instrumental in the establishment of the Albaugh Law Firm. She received her degree from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa (B.S., Finance, 1999).

Aaron Preston is our Bankruptcy / Consumer Law Paralegal. She brings more than 15 years of education and experience exclusively in the areas of Bankruptcy and Consumer Law, a background that makes her uniquely qualified to assist the attorneys and clients of the Albaugh Law Firm with matters related to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Home Loan Modifications, Second Mortgage Lien Strips, Debt Settlements and other consumer debt defense matters.
